Dr Hatef Sadeghi

Dr. Sadeghi is a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow in Physics Department at Lancaster University. His main research area is theoretical nanoscale electronics. In Oct. 2011, he was appointed as a Marie Curie Early Stage Researcher at Lancaster University. He won Best International PhD Student Award in July 2015 and finished his PhD in July 2016. He was awarded the Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellowship in June 2017 and the UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship in Feb 2019. He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers several of which are in Nature, Nature Materials, Nano Letters, PNAS, JACS, Nature Communications, ACSNano, Advanced Functional Materials, Angewandte. He collaborates at the interface between Physics, Chemistry and Electronic Engineering. He is the manager, a co-licence holder and co-author of the quantum transport code "Gollum".
